PDSL had a solid track record and an ambitious team-but their brand and website felt dated and disconnected from the scale and quality of their work. As a 500+ person global organisation, they needed an identity that could confidently speak to enterprise clients and reflect their full capability across sectors.
It was also important to ensure the new brand worked across engineering, tech, and innovation - without losing focus.
We created a bold new visual identity for PDSL that reflects the precision and scale of their work. The brand is clean, confident and versatile - designed to feel at home in both boardroom presentations and engineering shop floors.
We built a new website that showcases PDSL’s cross-sector capability while staying focused on outcomes, speed, and partnership. We also created animations and digital assets for launch campaigns, plus a toolkit of reusable materials to support business development and marketing teams moving forward.
Refreshing our brand was a major step for us as we entered our next phase of growth. With over 500 team members globally and clients across engineering and tech, we needed to show up with the same level of clarity and confidence we bring to our work. Scalewise helped us reposition PDSL with a clean, modern identity and a website that reflects the scale and precision of what we do. The process was smooth, well-structured, and fast – and the result has made a real difference in how we’re perceived across the sectors we operate in. We now have a brand system and toolkit that we can scale with, and the whole team feels proud of how we present ourselves – whether it’s to new clients, partners, or talent.

Managing Director at PDSL

The new PDSL brand and website gave their team the confidence and tools to show up properly in front of major global clients. As a 500+ person enterprise working with some of the biggest names in automotive, rail, energy and aerospace, the refreshed identity reflects the scale, precision, and credibility they bring to every partnership.
For us at Scalewise, this was about more than design - it was about helping PDSL step into high-stakes conversations with a brand that’s as sharp and capable as the work they deliver.
Next projects.
