With growing demand for their embedded TaaS model and specialist expertise across deep-tech disciplines, they needed a clearer story - one that felt relevant to scaling B2B companies and talent leaders, not just hiring managers.
They also needed updated design and marketing materials that could support business development, boost trust, and better showcase results and case studies.
We worked closely with the leadership team to define clearer positioning - highlighting Langham’s STEM focus, their international footprint, and their flexible approach to long-term partnerships. We designed a refreshed brand and new website that reflected their credibility, track record, and focus on fast-growth tech companies.
Alongside this, we created social and print assets to support outbound, updated pitch materials, and introduced stronger, more focused messaging across the board - with a tone of voice that felt grounded, capable, and experienced.
Langham now has a brand and platform that reflects who they are: a trusted, quietly effective recruitment partner that knows how to deliver.
