Home had an incredible product – a high-touch, fully integrated housekeeping and resident support service – but they needed the brand to match. Their old identity didn’t reflect the elegance or standards of service they were delivering.
They also needed a polished website, custom software interface, location-specific launch materials, and marketing tools that could support both day-to-day resident communications and investor conversations.
We shaped a new brand identity that feels calm, high-end, and quietly confident – just like the service itself. From typography to tone of voice, everything we created was designed to reflect their core values: discretion, consistency, and care.
We built a clean, inviting website that helps building operators, hosts, and residents quickly understand what Home does and how to get started. We also worked on the interface design for their resident-facing software – making sure the digital experience felt just as premium as the in-person service.
Alongside that, we delivered launch packs for new properties, brochures for in-building promotion, and a full suite of marketing assets for both digital and print. We also helped craft investor decks that clearly communicated the opportunity and growth story behind the business.
The new Home brand helped elevate their positioning, streamline launches, and build trust with both residents and stakeholders.
